• We are looking for the next three drawings that suit the summer months

• Drawings must be related to ORTHODONTICS

• Drawings must represent the following themes

  • June "Graduation"

  • July "Canada Day"

  • August "My favourite summer activity"

• Please use 8.5” x 11” plain white paper

• Draw your picture horizontally on the page

• Your first name and age must be visible on the bottom right-hand corner of the page

• Only one picture will be chosen for the 2021 Calendar

• Please remember to put your first AND last name, and phone number on the BACK of your drawing

• All participants will receive 10 Smile Rewards Points!
